If, like us, your child is a fan of dinosaurs, here are some book ideas he or she will enjoy.

1. Oh No! My Dinosaur Wants a Bath!
This book, among the best sellers on Amazon, tells the story of James and his dinosaur best friend Ziggy who wants to take a bath. James is going to solve the problem of how to do that. Along the way he helps to teach the reader about big and small, problem solving, respecting other’s belongings and friendship and what that means.
This cute and funny story is a great resource for teachers, parents and counselors. This story is geared to kids ages 3-5. Perfect for boys, girls, preschool, pre-K, and Kindergarten.
2. Digging for dinosaurus
This interactive board book is sturdy enough for the most enthusiastic little explorer, with features such as a pronunciation guide, sliding tabs, spinner wheels, and lift-a-flaps to build fine motor skills. Beautiful illustrations with real-life photos bring dinosaurs to life. It’s a perfect way to get your family ready to visit a dinosaur exhibit!
3. I spy dinosaurus
In spite of the name there is not much of a spy game, but this book will surely help kids aged from 2 to 5 to learn dinosaurus names and learn their initial letters. This will keep them entertained for hours thanks to a lots of fun colorful images of dinosaurs. The pages are arranged in alphabetical order to help children recognize letters and relate them to cool dinosaurs. Definetely an appreciated gift idea for Toddlers, Pre-ks, and Preschoolers.
4. Pop-up dinosaurus
Thanks to ingenious techniques on how to fold paper, pop-up books are probably among the books that have the most effect on children. This book features simple but very cute illustrations, suitable for children aged 2-3 years.
Our second child who is this age loves the 3D effect whereby dinosaurs seem to emerge from the paper as if coming to life every time he turns a new page. Astonishment is followed by curiosity that makes him want to grab the dinosaurs and take them away with him. For this reason the choice to have few but sturdier pages is very wise in our opinion, and is probably the reason why the book is still in one piece. :-)
5. Noisy Dinosaurus (by Usborne)
This book is perfect for the very youngest 1-2 years old, as it offers them an interactive experience about the prehistoric world, brought to life by sounds and tactile pathways that will stimulate their curiosity. With lots of details to discover and comment on with an adult, it is the perfect gift for all little prehistory enthusiasts.
